According to the Omaha Board of Realtors
1. In 2012 we had 11,150 houses sell, that is the most houses sold since 2006 when 11,445 sold.
2. In 2012 Omaha had 1642 more houses sell than in 2011
3. The average days a house was on the market in 2012 was 66 this was down from 72 in 2012 and the lowest since 2006 when it was 62 days.
4. The average sales price in 2012 was $170,552 his is up from $162,798 in 2011 and the highest average sales price since 2007 when the average sales price was $176,345
