The rental market is really good right now, there are a lot of people moving in and out. There are still way to many apartments to pick from. If you look at craigslist there is a ton of places posted each day.
We are not working on the real estate assessment appeals. If you want me to help you with this let me know. The sales market has completely dried up, There is no money but a lot of sellers. At some point soon we will see the sellers change their expectations.
