Do not be one of those people that is always looking for the easy button. Please do everyone around you a favor, go above and beyond everything you are asked to do and excel at it. Read Colossians 3:23. We have a easy button that we pass around at the office for people that just want to pass the buck. Get one of these at Staples and the the next time this happens to you hand it to them. We use it in fun, but it can be a nice reminder to those of us that need a little encouragement to work harder.
Next over-communicate what you are doing, don’t be one one of those people you have to ask what they are doing to find out what they are doing. I had a client tell me once. “I am sorry I repeat everything back to you it is a character flaw”. Over communication is not character flaw it is a character trait. OVER COMMUNICATE EVERYTHING! Communication is one of the most important things in the business world.
