What you&#039;re talking about is sometimes called the echo boom.

And your post just means people are finally catching on to what I stumbled upon three years ago.  I was hesitant to respond thinking that it&#039;s a secret only I know about and is at the heart of what my business plans to take advantage of for the next two decades, but we&#039;ve got a three year head start, and being a young company we understand what this large and growing market wants.  Not to mention you&#039;d have to be insane to try to do what we do and manage individual roommates. FYI: we discovered the process of getting special and conditional use permits to make group living legal.
