And your post just means people are finally catching on to what I stumbled upon three years ago. I was hesitant to respond thinking that it’s a secret only I know about and is at the heart of what my business plans to take advantage of for the next two decades, but we’ve got a three year head start, and being a young company we understand what this large and growing market wants. Not to mention you’d have to be insane to try to do what we do and manage individual roommates. FYI: we discovered the process of getting special and conditional use permits to make group living legal.
