Demographic Bubble

I am not sure what it is all going to mean, but it seems that everyone that I know that is in their late 20′s is either pregnant, wants to get pregnant or just had a baby. At some point there have got to be some huge economic bubble going on.

Another interesting fact is that the income class at Millard West is the largest it has ever been, as well as the incoming class at UNO is either the largest of one of its largest. Not sure what this all means but I am sure someone will tell us soon. In the mean time there are incredible opportunities for people that can take advantage of these trends. One of my favorite quotes is that “there is no present or future just the past repeating itself over and over again.”

One Response to Demographic Bubble

  1. Chris Miller says:

    Dave,

What you’re talking about is sometimes called the echo boom.

And your post just means people are finally catching on to what I stumbled upon three years ago. I was hesitant to respond thinking that it’s a secret only I know about and is at the heart of what my business plans to take advantage of for the next two decades, but we’ve got a three year head start, and being a young company we understand what this large and growing market wants. Not to mention you’d have to be insane to try to do what we do and manage individual roommates. FYI: we discovered the process of getting special and conditional use permits to make group living legal.
