The rental market is realy good right now, by that I mean we have 5-10 people applying a day. This does not mean that vacancies have dropped it just means there are a lot of people looking. There are still a lot of places for rent. This winter will be interesting.
Another interesting note is calls for service are way down. I am sure this all means something. We just do not know what.
