A client of mine told me that there is no such thing as a good partnership. My comments:
- The partners all have to be compensated correctly.
- You can only have one alpha dog in a partnership.
- The last thing is that all partners must be equally yoked
There are biblical references from my research all partners need to be at the same size, all partners must be at the same pace and all partners must be the same speed. Meeting all three of these criteria for an extended period of time is very difficult, if not impossible.

Right now, I am taking your advice and listening more than talking.
It makes me smile whenever I see a new comment up on that sign. I try to incorporate it into my day.
Some days, having something to smile about at 7 a.m. can be difficult. Especially on these rainy mornings when bed feels so good and that alarm clock seems so loud.
