What I think about the market what I want to happen

Ok, here is what I want to happen. There are a wide variety of reasons that I want them all to happen. I would love it if some people would guess
#1 I want to see gas go to $6 a gallon
#2 I want interest rates to get above 12%
#3 I want the dollar to be reach an all time low compared to other currencies
I am interested in why all of the above things are good for real estate investors?
wouldn’t this cause hyperinflation?
Why do you want to see these things happen? Please explain.

Rob is hyperinflation bad, do you know anyone who has seen this
Luke, becasue I own stuff in canada and I want the dollar to be to lose its value. Of course I only want this to happen in the months before I sell the place in canda, which wont be anytime soon
