Ok, here is what I want to happen. There are a wide variety of reasons that I want them all to happen. I would love it if some people would guess:
- I want to see gas go to $6 a gallon
- I want interest rates to get above 12%
- I want the dollar to be reach an all time low compared to other currencies
I am interested in why all of the above things are good for real estate investors?
wouldn’t this cause hyperinflation?

Luke, becasue I own stuff in canada and I want the dollar to be to lose its value. Of course I only want this to happen in the months before I sell the place in canda, which wont be anytime soon
