REIT Stocks and the Omaha Real Estate Market

If invest in real estate you should track REIT stocks. Warren Buffet says that the stock market is a voting machine in the short term and a weighing machine in the long term. As you know I like Costar Group for general real estate information. Here is an article of what the REIT market is doing. I know it may seem that it is beyond what a lot of use are doing. But all a REIT does is own real estate. So I think we can each get something out of what the REIT Market is doing.
