I would love to move to midtown crossings. I wander if mutual will allow two gigantic dogs is the apartments there. Just think the rent will be less than what most guys are paying in real estate taxes each month. A lot of people come to me and tell me that they want to buy a house because of all the money they are wasting. But really most of it goes to the assessor and the maintenance guys anyway. The guy I bought my house from used to have two horses. One, his wife new about and rode. He said the feed and vet bills, and the fact that he had to board it with one of the neighbors (he didn't have a barn) ran about $1200 a month. The horse lived over ten years at the neighbor's. That's about $144K. He wouldn't even tell me what the other horse that his wife didn't know about (an "investment" in a racehorse) ended up costing him!
